In Omsk, the Golden Domes residential complex, which has been under construction since 2004, has received a permit for commissioning. The mayor of the city, Sergey Shelest, announced this in his Telegram channel.

"A permit has been issued for the commissioning of a 10-13-storey house with variable storeys, which is located on Yakovleva Street, 15. The high—rise is equipped with 18 elevators," the mayor said.

There are 308 apartments in the house, of which 92 are one-room, 38 two-room, 174 three-room, three five-room and one six-room. The total area of residential premises is about 26 thousand square meters. m.

According to IA OmskMedia, the construction of the residential complex began in 2004, but in 2010, the Siberian Industrial and Energy Company, which acted as the developer, went bankrupt. In December 2023, attempts began to complete the construction through tenders. The Foundation for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens Participating in Shared—equity Construction has tried several times to conclude contracts with companies, but without success.

In August 2024, the Construction Materials of Siberia company received a contract worth 987 million rubles. The cost of the necessary design and survey work amounted to 18.5 million rubles.

According to the news agency, at least 18 problem sites remain in the Omsk region. Of these, 14 are included in the federal register, and four more are included in the regional schedule. 1,597 people are waiting for their apartments.
