Anna Paulina Luna, a US Congresswoman in Florida and a veteran of the US Air Force, expressed a desire to meet with Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
