A teenager driving a buggy hit a four-year-old child in the village of Kraskovo near Moscow. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region on Wednesday, October 8.
The accident occurred on Karl Marx Street near one of the houses.
"According to preliminary information, a 17-year—old teenager, while driving a buggy that does not have the right to drive a vehicle (TS), ran over a minor who, along with his mother, was crossing the road at a regulated pedestrian crossing," the Moscow City News agency quoted the message.
The four-year-old injured child was hospitalized with injuries. Currently, traffic police officers are carrying out activities aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
