In the Kurkino district, the Dubrava Park was renovated, created at the request of residents back in 2015. This was announced on Wednesday, October 8, by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

The pond and shoreline were cleaned in the park, the embankment and fountain were repaired, bird houses were installed, playgrounds and sports grounds were renovated, and new trees and flowers were planted. Sobyanin noted that now Dubrava has become a modern and cozy space for relaxation.

In addition, 14 yards have been improved in Kurkino, and work will soon be completed on Kurkinsky Highway and Novogorskaya Street. According to the mayor, the area is gradually becoming more comfortable and attractive to live in, the Moscow City News agency reports.
