- The architecture of the program of the XIII International Sports Forum "Russia – a sporting power" has been published
The architecture of the business program has been published on the official website of the XIII International Sports Forum "Russia – a Sporting Power", which will be held in Samara from November 5-7. The event is being held in accordance with the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. The event's operator is the Roscongress Foundation.
The architecture of the Forum's business program was approved by the Organizing Committee, chaired by Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
"This year, the business program of the XIII International Sports Forum "Russia – a Sporting Power" is structured according to four semantic blocks and key areas that reflect all current trends and issues of the future of Russian sports at both the national and international levels. I am convinced that the Forum will become a platform for constructive dialogue on the strategic development of not only professional, but also mass sports," said Anton Kobyakov, Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee for the Preparation and holding of the International Sports Forum "Russia is a Sporting Power."
The business component of the Forum is structured in four key semantic blocks:
- Oh, sport, you are the world! International cooperation
- Ecosystem
- Creating a new image of the sport
- Sports and society
The Forum will discuss a wide range of issues significant for the development of the sports industry: from Russia's return to the global sports arena to media trends in sports, the development of innovative sports and adaptive sports.
The business program of the Russia – Sports Power Forum will be compact and focused on practical results. Special attention is paid to the international agenda and the applied effect of each discussion.
"Together with the Roscongress Foundation, we conducted a detailed analysis and revision of the business program of the Forum. This year, we have received about 90 proposals for thematic sessions, and so far we have selected 35 topics, focusing on the quality and practical significance of each. We pay special attention to the level of speakers, the content of the discussions and their practical effect on the industry," said Mikhail Degtyarev, Minister of Sports, Chairman of the Russian Olympic Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
According to the head of the department, the key event of the Forum will be a plenary session dedicated to the role of sport in the development of society and international cooperation.
"The program will also include a meeting of the Ministers of Sports of the countries of the Dialogue on Cooperation in Asia for the first time. In general, a significant part of the discussions will be devoted to the international sports agenda and strengthening Russia's position in the global sports community," Mikhail Degtyarev emphasized.
The business program also includes a joint meeting of the Athletes' commission of the Russian Olympic Committee and the Athletes' Commission of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus.
In addition to traditional sports, the Forum also focuses on the development of innovative sports: the RSD-2025 will feature an open lesson on "Digital Sports: the Future that came today", a sport that combines digital and physical activity.
Online registration of media and blogosphere representatives is open until October 24. Russian and foreign media, as well as representatives of the blogosphere, can apply for participation in accordance with the rules of accreditation posted on the official website of the Forum in the "Media" section.
