The demand for apartments and apartments for business trips increased by 19% in the first three quarters of this year. Such data was provided by Avito Travel and the Aeroclub Group of companies, which have become partners in the business tourism market.

The average cost of a night in this segment increased by 15% over the specified period compared to 2024, to 3.2 thousand rubles. The average length of stay was seven nights.

Representatives of the oil and gas industry are showing the greatest interest in renting apartments — 46% of the total number of bookings took place there. Demand from oil companies has increased by 15% this year compared to 2024.

During the same period, employees of retail companies booked 86% more apartments, and their share of the total number of rented housing reached 23%. The share of bookings made by representatives of the extractive industry was 12%, while demand increased by 14%.

Due to the integration of Aeroclub, a developer and supplier of TravelTech solutions for managing business trips, and the Avito Travel technology platform, about 30 thousand daily rental properties in 386 Russian cities are available to corporate clients.

"We estimate the growing business tourism market in terms of hotel and apartment accommodations alone at about 450 billion rubles by 2030. At the same time, such a format of living as apartments and apartments is in high demand today. It attracts both small and medium—sized businesses and large companies from various industries, from mining to retail," said Artem Kromochkin, director of the service.
