The fatwa of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia, which prohibits Muslim couriers from delivering products unacceptable to religion, contradicts the Constitution of Russia. This was announced on October 8 by the head of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC). Valery Fadeev.
"This decision contradicts at least five articles of the Russian Constitution," the HRC quoted him as saying on its Telegram channel.
