By 2030, the labor market will change significantly due to the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) into organizational processes, which will lead to the displacement of entire professional layers. On October 10, a risk management consultant, Director of Methodology and Risk Management at Together LLC, told Izvestia about which specialties would disappear first.ABOUT" Vladlen Rakhmetov.

"The biggest and most obvious risks are automation of data and document management. Professions related to the input, processing and primary control of information will be on the verge of extinction. Bank operators, data entry specialists, archivists — their functions will be almost completely absorbed by software solutions. Already today, algorithms demonstrate their superiority in speed and accuracy when working with structured data. This makes human participation in such processes economically impractical," the expert said.

In addition, according to Rakhmetova, office professionals who work according to strict regulations are at risk. This is especially true for accountants involved in primary documentation and payroll, as well as auditors and insurance agents. In small and medium-sized businesses, where the cost of implementing AI solutions is relatively low, such professions are in danger of disappearing.

The third group of risks includes monotonous physical labor associated with conveyors, packaging, sorting and quality control. Robots are already starting to replace people in these positions, as they are faster, more accurate and, importantly, cheaper in the long run, the specialist said.

"A deep risk is associated with the attitude to new technologies: sabotage, rigidity, low learning ability. Two categories of people will be particularly vulnerable. The first is those who voluntarily abandon critical thinking, preferring to transfer decision—making almost entirely to neural networks. The second category is people who deliberately abandon professional development, ignoring the need to adapt to new realities," she stressed.

Rakhmetova added: in order to remain competitive in the future, it is necessary to focus on developing unique human skills. These include critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work with AI as a tool.

On October 3, Irina Shulzhenko, Chief Manager of the Roskachestvo Organizational Development Department, gave advice to novice job search specialists. The expert noted that it is important to focus not on what is not yet available for the desired position, but on what already exists. She added that when writing a resume, it is important to add term papers, projects, graduation papers, participation in scientific conferences, hackathons and practices.
