Furgal's apartment in Vladivostok was put up for auction

On October 8, the Federal Property Management Agency, based on a bailiff's order, put up for auction an apartment in Vladivostok belonging to the ex-governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal.

Information about the lot is published on the website of the Federal Property Management Agency and in the GIS "Auctions". The initial price of the apartment is 76.9 sq. m. The price on Basargina Street is 20.146 million rubles, the auction step is 202 thousand rubles, and the deposit amount is 3.022 million rubles.

The description of the lot states that the basis for the sale of the property is the decision of the bailiff. A screenshot of the notification from the department on the sale of property seized as part of the enforcement proceedings has also been published.

There are encumbrances in the apartment: 10 entries on the prohibition of registration and two entries on arrest. There is also one person registered in it. The outstanding contributions for major repairs amount to more than 50 thousand rubles, and for utility bills — over 132 thousand rubles.
