The crew of the Msta-S self-propelled artillery installation (ACS) of the 90th Guards Tank Division of the Center group of forces destroyed the control center for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was announced on October 8 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

During drone reconnaissance, the military discovered an enemy drone control center in an area bounded by three roads. After confirming the coordinates of the target, the artillery crew received an order to destroy.

With the help of a guided artillery shell "Krasnopol-M2", which was guided by an Orlan drone, an accurate strike was carried out. As a result of the projectile hit, the control center of the enemy UAV, where the operators and equipment were located, was destroyed.

"We've worked out the goal. The target is perfectly hit. The characteristic of the goal is UAV control. We worked with Krasnopol. Thanks to the fact that we worked well together and perfectly, we opened a corridor for our brothers and comrades who work in the assault group," said Vadim Yulmukhametov, commander of the gun.
