"The investigator of the investigative unit of the investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Primorsky Territory has completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 24-year—old resident of the region, accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, "An attempt to intentionally damage someone else's property," the Telegram channel said.

It is clarified that according to the investigation, in August 2024, the accused, following the instructions of the organizer in the messenger, made an incendiary mixture, and then tried to set fire to the building of the military commissariat recruitment office in Vladivostok.
