In Lipetsk, a trial run of attractions was held at the Petropark. Entertainment facilities will be opened to visitors after landscaping and permission from Rostechnadzor, the press service of the Mayor's office reported on Tuesday, October 7.

The workers have to lay about 1 thousand square meters of tiles from 10.5 thousand square meters. The lighting system is also not ready: it will be completed after the delivery of the missing elements, which are currently at customs.

To launch the attractions, a full package of documents from contractors is required, which cannot be completed before the lighting is installed, the administration added. The equipment is expected to arrive and all necessary procedures are completed.

According to GOROD48, the commissioning work in the park was planned to be completed by October 1. The authorities stated that the townspeople will be able to ride as early as this 2025 year. And in May 2026, Petropark will start operating fully.

Earlier in September, it was reported that Lipetsk would spend more than 330 million rubles on the repair of two educational institutions. We are talking about schools No. 49 and 51. The contractor has already been identified.
