The tragedy occurred the day before in one of the houses on Pulkovskoye highway. The baby was lying in blood on the street. An ambulance was called to him by passers-by who witnessed the incident.

Later, the victim's mother came over. According to the woman, she put her son to bed and went to the store.

At the hospital, the child was diagnosed with an open traumatic brain injury, an open hip fracture, coma and aspiration syndrome.
