Durov took a swim in the protected lake of Kazakhastan

Telegram founder Pavel Durov swam in a lake on the territory of the Kolsai Lakes National Reserve in Kazakhstan, for swimming in which he may face a fine.

"It was a good swim," Durov signed the story, which he posted on his Telegram channel.

The park administration, commenting on the businessman's swim, noted that this is an administrative offense.

"The violator faces a fine. It is forbidden for everyone to swim here. On the middle lake, the park staff is conducting an equestrian tour of the territory. But they can't be in place all the time, so they might not have seen it," a representative of the park's management told Orda.
