A viper died after being bitten by an intoxicated man in Croatia
In Croatia, a venomous viper died after biting a drunk man due to the high alcohol content in his blood. This was reported by the News Bar on October 7.
It is noted that 42-year-old Steph Radulich was walking drunk after a business meeting when he was attacked by an animal.
"I felt a sharp pain and immediately realized that it was a snake. I already wanted to run to the doctor, but I noticed that something was wrong with her - her eyes were half closed, she was staggering, and she hit her head twice against a tree," the newspaper quoted him as saying.
Local doctors also found a high dose of alcohol in the reptile's blood, which proved fatal. At the same time, the snake venom itself had no effect on the man's health, since alcohol in the body neutralized it.
On July 10, it was reported that in the Indonesian village of Majapahit, a 63-year-old farmer was swallowed whole by a python. It was noted that the man was considered missing until his body was found in the belly of an eight-meter python.
