"During the morning patrol, traffic inspectors noticed a Toyota Premio car that abruptly left the parking lot. <...> The driver of the foreign car ignored the demand to stop and continued driving," the Telegram channel said.
In the area of the intersection of two streets, Toyota collided with a Volkswagen Polo car, then, continuing to move, collided with another car, a Honda Stepwgn. The driver of the Toyota Premio rolled onto the sidewalk after the collision, where he ran over a road sign that fell on a pedestrian.
All the victims received medical assistance, the ministry said.
As indicated in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region, the violator explained the non-compliance with the requirements of the police by the lack of a driver's license. Eight administrative materials were filed against him.
On October 6, the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Belgorod Region reported that a criminal case had been opened into an accident in the village of Zozuli, in which three teenagers were killed.
