As a result of the crash of the REACH helicopter, which provided medical services, three people were injured on a highway in Sacramento, California. This was reported by the CVS News newspaper on October 6.

"The Sacramento Fire Department reported that the helicopter crashed on Highway 50 heading east near Howe Avenue. Officials said it was a REACH helicopter, which provides aerial medical assistance services. It is still unclear whether the plane was flying to or from the regional hospital," the newspaper reports.
