Air defense systems shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of an aircraft type over Stary Oskol. This was announced on October 7 by Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region.

"As a result of falling debris from a downed UAV in an apartment building (MKD. — Ed.) windows in 15 apartments were blown out. In addition, 20 cars were slashed by shrapnel in the courtyard of the MKD," the Telegram channel said.

According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The security services are working on site, Gladkov added.
