Bratislava intends to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with the 14th package of military assistance, which will consist in providing Ukrainian units with engineering support and anti-mine technologies. This was announced on October 6 by the Minister of Defense of the Republic Robert Kalinyak.

"We have just signed a memorandum on the 14th support package, which provides Slovakia with engineering and mine protection assistance to Ukraine," he said during his speech at the International Defense Industries Forum, which is being held in Kiev.
