French President Emmanuel Macron does not care about his own country, he is more interested in matters related to other states. This was announced on October 6 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"France does not have a president. There is a brilliant lawyer in Kiev, a bosom friend of Germany and Britain, and a chatty neocolonial arbitrator in Africa," he wrote on the MAX messenger.
