In Chelyabinsk, a teenager died during a telephone conversation on a charging phone. This was announced on October 6 by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Chelyabinsk region.

"On the evening of September 30 of this year, the body of a 16-year-old teenager with burns on his arm was found in one of the apartments at No. 16 Yuzhnouralskaya Street. The investigation found that the minor, being near the radiator, was talking on a mobile phone connected by a charger to the power grid," the department's Telegram channel says.
