The Interior Ministry denied refusals to allow Russians abroad due to passport defects.

This year, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has not received any appeals or complaints from citizens regarding technical defects in their passports. This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

"Information in the media about the alleged identification of technical defects in foreign passports, which served as the reason for the refusal of citizens of the Russian Federation to cross the state border of our country, is not true," Wolf wrote in her Telegram channel.
