Khodorkovsky's land, registered to another person, was confiscated

The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow has satisfied the claim of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) against Mikhail Khodorkovsky, ex-head of Yukos (included in the register of foreign agents), and Platon Lebedev, former head of Menatep, for the recovery of property held by third parties. This was reported to Izvestia in court on October 6.

The land plot registered to Vladimir Dubov, which actually belongs to Khodorkovsky, was converted into state revenue.

The FSSP requested that the actual land belonging to Khodorkovsky be seized in August. It was reported that bailiffs are conducting consolidated enforcement proceedings, in which the former head of Yukos and Lebedev are listed as debtors.

On October 22, 2024, the first Court of Cassation of general jurisdiction upheld the decision on the seizure of the Yablonevy Sad cottage settlement in Odintsovo, Moscow region, which also belonged to Khodorkovsky. It was clarified that the former head of Yukos and Lebedev were convicted of evading taxes and fees from an individual on an especially large scale, as well as for organizing a group of individuals by prior agreement to evade taxes from organizations on an especially large scale.
