"The missiles can follow a conventional arc before either going into a steep dive in the terminal zone or performing maneuvers to 'confuse and avoid' Ukrainian air defense systems," the authors write.

According to the magazine, Ukraine admitted that in September, Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems intercepted only six percent of the Dagger and Iskander-M missiles, which is directly related to the modernization of Russian weapons.
