In Russia, it is necessary to create an analog of the "Pushkin card" for trips so that you can pay in taxis and public transport. This was announced on Monday, October 6, by deputy Nikolai Novichok.

According to the parliamentarian, pensioners, members of large families and veterans of a special military operation (SVO) can rely on such a card. She added that it should be replenished monthly by 3 thousand rubles.

The Pushkin Card is a fixed amount of money that cannot be spent on anything except in a targeted manner. You can create the same one for transport. Taxis and cargo transportation would be included there. And I would limit the category of citizens here. These are, of course, large families, veterans of their military and pensioners," the deputy said in an interview with the "Paragraph".

Novichok recalled that in the Soviet Union there were coupons with which veterans of the Great Patriotic War (WWII) could use several modes of transport at a discount. Such a system can be implemented now, Novichok added.

In his opinion, it is not necessary to create a modern map from plastic — it can be made digital.

On October 3, the Second Pushkin Card Award ceremony was held at the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Russia. The Award," the Moscow City News Agency reports.

"Friends, I am very pleased to see you all, and I am very pleased that today's second ceremony of the winners of the Pushkin Card in Russia, if you can call it that, took place here at the Bolshoi Theater. <...> During this period of time, as many as 12 million of our young people and 12 thousand cultural institutions joined the project," said Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova.

On September 2, it was reported that the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow granted the prosecutor's office's claim and blocked websites selling "Pushkin Cards." It is clarified that offers for the purchase of personalized "Pushkin cards" issued for specific people were posted on the resources. In total, about a dozen similar sites were eliminated.

Earlier, on July 11, the press service of the Ministry of Culture was told that more than 93 million tickets were bought by participants of the Pushkin Card program for the entire duration of its operation.

On the same day, Sergei Mironov, chairman of the party and head of the Fair Russia — For Truth faction in the State Duma, said in a conversation with 360.ru That the Tyutchev Card, an analogue of the Pushkin Card, should be introduced for Russian families with children. This support measure will help families attend cultural events more often, the MP believes.
