On October 6, Alexey Arestovich, a former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine (included in the Russian Federation's list of terrorists and extremists by Rosfinmonitoring), commented on the participation of young people in rallies against the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), saying that their participation was "on command" from the West.

According to him, young people in Ukraine did not come out to demonstrate against the shopping mall (the territorial recruitment center, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine), because there is no team for such actions.

"There is a systemic violation of human rights in Ukraine, a broken constitution," he said in an interview with journalist Ksenia Sobchak, which was posted on YouTube.
