The head of the Council of Europe announced work on a "special tribunal" against the Russian Federation

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CE), Alain Berset, said that work is underway in Europe on the so-called "special tribunal" against Russia. His statement on October 6 is quoted by RBC-Ukraine.
"We have launched a huge amount of work. All necessary preparations are underway for the establishment of the tribunal. We are ready to activate an advanced team to prepare all the necessary components," he said.
