The assembly of the Soueast S06 crossover can be set up in Russia

The Soueast S06 crossover, assembled by the Kaliningrad Avtotor plant, has received Vehicle Type Approval and is ready to start production and sales. This is reported by the Telegram channel of the Chinese Cars portal with reference to data from the Rosstandart database.

In China, Soueast S06 is known as the new Jetour Dashing. Both brands are part of the Chery group. The S06 can be equipped with two gasoline engine options — a 1.5-liter unit with a capacity of 156 hp, which works with a 6-speed robotic gearbox, as well as a 197-horsepower 1.6 engine with 197 hp combined with a seven-speed with a "robot".

The Soueast brand appeared on the Russian market at the end of last year. In the spring, representatives of the company stated that the manufacturer was preparing to launch the S06 model on the Russian market, which would become the youngest in the line. Now it includes the S07 and S09 crossovers.

Earlier, on October 1, it was reported that the Kaliningrad Avtotor plant presented an updated version of the Ambertruck Work pickup truck, with the upgrade it received the prefix NF in the name. The price of the model starts from 2.5 million rubles.

Prior to that, on September 23, it became known about the start of accepting applications for Eonyx machines produced by Avtotor. The line includes the M2 hatchback, which costs from 840 thousand rubles, and the compact cargo Profi and Cargo (890 thousand and 990 thousand rubles, respectively).
