On his birthday on October 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin has both personal plans and working meetings. This was announced on October 6 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"[Putin] probably has personal plans, of course. A birthday is a birthday, but I also know about work plans. Tomorrow afternoon, the president is scheduled to have an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council," he said during a briefing.
