The Investigative Committee opened a case on the death of three teenagers in an accident in the Belgorod region.

A criminal case has been opened into an accident in the village of Zozuli, Belgorod region, where three teenagers were killed. This was reported on October 6 in the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

According to the investigation, on October 5, a minor driving his father's car, in which there were four other teenagers, lost control and collided with a tree and a fence of a private house.

It is noted that a criminal case has been opened into the incident on the grounds of a crime under Part 6 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules that negligently caused the death of three people").

All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established, and a number of forensic examinations have been ordered.
