LC Investigative Committee checks on the fact of a gas explosion in a residential building

A criminal case has been opened in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) in connection with a gas explosion in a residential apartment building in Krasny Luch. This was announced on October 5 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the region.

"In connection with the collapse of the roof and two floors of an apartment building in the city of Krasny Luch, a criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet safety requirements)," the agency's Telegram channel said.
