Kadyrov spoke about Putin's birthday greetings

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on his 49th birthday and a number of other holidays. The head of the region himself told about this on October 5 at the opening of the government complex.

"First of all, the president congratulated me," TASS quoted him as saying.

Putin also sent congratulations on Youth Day, Teacher's Day and Grozny City Day. I also congratulated Kadyrov on these holidays.

Earlier, on September 15, Kadyrov said that the district named after President Putin in Grozny is a business project through which local entrepreneurs will be able to express gratitude to the Russian leader for supporting the republic and eliminating the threat of terrorism. According to him, in the new area "there will be a lot of architectural solutions," and when designing buildings, "there was room for imagination."
