Two 16-year-old girls were arrested in the case of a double murder in Yakutsk

In Yakutsk, two 16-year-old girls were detained in connection with the murder of a woman and her 11-year-old son. This was reported on October 5 in the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the region.

"At the request of the investigator, the court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention against the accused," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that investigators are continuing to investigate the criminal case under the article on the murder of two persons, including a minor, committed by a group by prior agreement.

The body of a 40-year-old woman and her 11-year-old son was found in the apartment the day before. Later, on October 4, the woman's underage daughter and her friend were arrested on suspicion of murder.

A neighbor of the family, Olga, in an interview with Izvestia, recalled a case from the life of the deceased boy. According to the woman, one day he knocked on the apartment for a long time, where his sister, who is now suspected of a crime, was supposed to open. The neighbor noted that the door was not opened that day, and then the woman invited the boy to her house and fed him.
