The educational platform of the Moscow Department of Territorial Executive Authorities "Workshop of Knowledge" has been recognized as the winner of the All-Russian award in the field of personnel management "In the frame". The project won first place in the Capital category in the nomination "The secret of a successful shot: attraction". This was reported in the DTOIV
The program is implemented by the DTOIV in cooperation with a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, political scientist Alexander Asafov. It is aimed at developing the competencies of Moscow's youth and forming a personnel reserve for the capital's authorities and subordinate institutions.
"The program provides an opportunity for young people to gain practical knowledge and start a career in politics, media and many other fields. More than 500 participants have completed internships in government agencies, and a third of them have successfully found a job," said Dmitry Presnov, head of the Department of Territorial Executive Authorities in Moscow.
According to Marina Prozorova, Deputy head of the DTOIV, over the two years of the project's existence, more than 9,000 applications for participation have been received, and 3,000 young professionals have already graduated.
"We live in the age of the knowledge economy. Knowledge is a resource that helps you navigate the modern world and achieve professional success on your chosen path. We launched the Knowledge Workshop so that established professionals could transfer their experience to young people and help them in their professional development," said Alexander Asafov, the author of the project, a political scientist and member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
The program includes online webinars, face-to-face lectures, practical classes, guided tours and hackathons. The training is conducted in nine areas, including politics, media, communications and management. The students have already implemented 117 socially significant projects in Moscow.
The "In the Frame" award was established by the Moscow government and is awarded annually to the best HR practitioners in three categories — "Federation", "Region" and "Capital".
