"In the Izyum direction, the formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are failing along the entire front line. The unit of the 151st Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, looking at this orgy, also "rolled back". No one wants to fight," TASS quoted a fragment of the statement.

It is noted that by now the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has already accepted the loss of the Red Estuary in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). A similar situation persists in the area of the village of Monachinovka on the western bank of the Oskol River. It is noted that in this area, the Ukrainian forces are retreating in whole units.

At the same time, Russian military personnel are attacking enemy positions using aircraft, artillery and drones.

"The militants are not ready to fight and die, even the platoon commander led the retreat. We are observing the beginning of the domino effect in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Izyum direction," the representatives of the law enforcement agency concluded.

Earlier that day, Igor Kimakovsky, an adviser to the head of the DPR, said that assault groups of Russian troops had entered Seversk, and fighting had begun for the city.

On September 30, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian military personnel had liberated the village of Seversk Maly in the DPR. It was noted that the Ukrainian militants lost up to 245 people, three armored combat vehicles, 13 vehicles and eight artillery pieces.
