Moscow football club (FC) Lokomotiv beat Dynamo 5-3 in the capital's derby in the 11th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). The meeting took place on October 4 and was held at the VTB Arena.

On the same day, FC Akron drew 1-1 with Zenit St. Petersburg in the 11th round of the Russian Premier League. It was noted that striker Pedro scored a goal in Zenit (11th minute). Akron's only goal was scored by midfielder Edgar Sevikyan (36th).
