Currently, some of the protocols devoted to the dialogue between the USSR and the USA in the 1960s on the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) have been lost. This was announced on October 4 by Tarik Rauf, former supervisor of security Policy at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

"While at the UN office in Geneva, I tried to get acquainted with the protocols of those negotiations, but due to the many reconstructions of the Palais des Nations, they were lost," he wrote in an article for RBC.
