As a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Rostov region, a power transmission line was damaged, which led to power outages in three settlements. This was announced on October 4 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar, in the Telegram channel.

"Due to the damage to the power line, the power supply was cut off in the villages of Ternovskaya, Mankovsky and Sidorovsky. The emergency services will carry out the restoration work during daylight hours," he said.
