In the Rostov region, part of the investment support was postponed to 2027
In the Rostov region, one of the key business support measures — subsidies for repayment of interest on investment loans — will not be able to be implemented in 2026. This was announced on October 3 by Governor Yuri Slyusar at a meeting of the investment Council.
According to him, the regional budget does not have enough funds to finance all support programs, as the priority remains the fulfillment of social obligations.
"The situation is not catastrophic, but it is difficult. In this regard, we are optimizing the budget," said the head of the region.
At the same time, the authorities stressed that the queue for subsidies and applications submitted remain. Currently, over 650 investment projects worth more than 1 trillion rubles are being implemented in the region, of which 37 are on the priority list.
"Today it is important for us not so much to attract new ones as to retain investors implementing projects in the region," the governor said.
Earlier, on September 23, it was reported that banks began to reduce credit card limits. According to the NBKI, in August 2025, the average limit was 104.5 thousand rubles, which is 9.6% less than a year earlier. The reduction primarily affected dormant cards, whose owners do not use credit facilities.
