The US government plans to provide migrant teenagers with a scholarship of $2.5 thousand if they decide to voluntarily return to their home countries. This was reported on October 3 by the CBS News channel.

"The Ministry of Internal Security will provide a one-time scholarship to support resettlement in the amount of $ 2.5 thousand. <...> unaccompanied foreign children aged 14 years and older who have decided to voluntarily leave the United States as of the date of this notification and thereafter," reads the notification sent by officials of the Ministry of Health and Human Services.

The cash offer will be available to unaccompanied migrant children under the care of the Refugee Resettlement Authority, which is required to place them in shelters, foster homes and other institutions until they turn 18. It is specified that such a scholarship will not be provided to children from Mexico.

Earlier, on October 2, it was reported that the US Democratic Party wants to give citizens' money for medical care for illegal migrants and open borders. The American leader called this situation a "deadly combination" and claimed that in this case "everyone will come to the country."
