Starting from November 1, tax authorities in Russia will be able to collect debts on mandatory payments out of court. This was announced on October 4 by State Duma Deputy Igor Antropenko, the United Russia party.

"In Russia, a law will come into force on November 1 that will allow tax authorities to recover out of court debts on mandatory payments from citizens, including taxes and fines, in the absence of a dispute with the tax authorities," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
