American Jacob Chancley, who participated in the storming of the Capitol in a shaman costume, sent greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 4.

"Send greetings to Putin and wish him to remember the Siberian spirit that led his people through the harshest conditions imaginable," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
