As a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the city of Horlivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), a civilian was injured. This was announced on October 4 by the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko, in his Telegram channel.

"As a result of the Ukrainian armed aggression, a civilian from Gorlovka was injured in the residential area of Stroitel," he wrote.

"We are pushing the enemy away from Horlivka so that they don't shell civilians."

Earlier, on October 3, it was reported that a Ukrainian drone struck the infrastructure in the Central City district of Gorlovka in the DPR. According to the mayor's office, as a result of the attack, a number of facilities of the heat supply organization were damaged. It was reported that there were no casualties. The impact also damaged a civilian car and several apartment buildings.
