A motorcyclist who was involved in an accident with a Rolls-Royce in St. Petersburg will have another operation, but the victim has no claims against the culprit of the accident. On October 3, the lawyer of the motorcyclist Zaur Bitsiev told Izvestia about this.
He clarified that the Rolls-Royce driver Sergey Sosorev fully compensated the man for moral and material harm.
The accident occurred on June 1 at the intersection of Peterhof Highway and Admiral Tributs Street. The Rolls-Royce, driven by the 37-year-old chairman of the board of TSN Vsevolozhsky 29, hit motorcyclist Mavlet Esenbolatov moving in the left lane, and then ran over him with its wheels.
According to an eyewitness, after the collision, the driver and passenger of an expensive car approached the victim, but did not provide assistance, but tried to hide their tracks. The motorcyclist was hospitalized in serious condition and underwent several operations. On June 7, Batsiev told Izvestia that Esenbolatov had a broken pelvis, shoulder, elbow and several vertebrae.
The accused Sosorev was released from custody earlier that day. It is noted that the criminal case against him was terminated due to the reconciliation of the parties.
