Alena Kostornaya, the European champion in figure skating among singles, and her husband, figure skater Georgy Kunitsa, have become parents. As Kostornaya reported on October 3, they had a baby boy.

"Welcome, mini Marten," Kostornaya said on her Telegram channel.

She attached a photo to the post with her husband, who is holding a newborn son in his arms.
