A Russian citizen was detained in Singapore on charges of violating American law. This was announced on October 3 by the Russian Embassy in Singapore.

"The police of the Republic of Singapore have detained a citizen of the Russian Federation on charges of violating American legislation in the field of combating cyberbullying with a view to his further extradition to the United States," the Telegram channel says.
