HeadHunter will launch an artificial intelligence-based assistant to automate recruiting. This was stated by the company's CEO Dmitry Sergienkov at the HeadConf conference.

The head of HeadHunter cited data that line employees spend only about 5% of the working day on tasks that bring them pleasure. The AI assistant will take over the routine tasks during the hiring phase. It will be based on the generation of vacancies and the creation of personal invitations.

"Technology is not needed to make people more efficient, it is needed to simplify their lives. But the person already determines how effective the assistant will be and fully controls his work at all key stages," Sergienkov emphasized.

This year's HeadConf conference brought together key business and AI leaders. Anton Baitsur (CEO of Aviasales), Andrey Zavadsky (CEO of Tochka Bank), Mikhail Karisalov (CEO of Sibur), Ilya Shirokobrod (President of Raspadskaya Coal Company) took part in it.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
