Starting from October 13, 2025, the fare for the Moscow High-Speed Diameter will be indexed from 7 to 10 rubles per section during critically busy hours: from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, the Deptrans Moscow Telegram channel reported.

As emphasized in the Department of Transport of the capital, travel will remain free 70% of the time on weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays. The cost of the transit fare — 950 rubles — will not change.

For the convenience of motorists, travel along a specific section of the highway is considered paid only if the car entered and left the site during the paid time. For example, driving through the site is free if the car entered it at 6:55 a.m. and left at 7:30 a.m. or entered the site at 10:55 a.m. and left at 11:30 a.m.

For vehicles of operational services and mail, municipal equipment, public transport, school buses, as well as taxi cars licensed in Moscow and the Moscow region, travel along the MSD is always free.

The cost of all trips made per day along the highway is summed up, after which, within 5 days, a single payment is made for all trips along the highway per day. The Department of Transport recommended paying for travel only through official services: the Parking of Russia application, banking applications, Gosuslugi and others.

The Moscow High—speed Diameter is the longest high-speed diameter in Russia with a length of 68 km. The MSD connects 10 major outbound highways and connects the districts of Moscow and the region. The MSD transport interchanges provide relief to the Garden Ring, TTK and MKAD, as well as improve transport accessibility in 48 districts of the city, where more than 4.5 million Muscovites live.
