A 13-year-old Russian ski mountaineer was disqualified for six months for violating anti-doping rules. This was reported on October 3 by TASS with reference to the documents.

The athlete, who won a prize at the Russian Ski Mountaineering Spring Championships in Kirov, was disqualified after a banned substance, prednisone (glucocorticoid, class S9), was found in her doping test.

The suspension will be valid until February 28, 2026.
