Avtoexpert named the most reliable diesel cars in Russia

Among cars with diesel engines in Russia, the absolute leader in reliability is the Genesis GV70 model, whose owners applied for service only in 2% of cases. This was stated by Yulia Trushkova, Director of Service at Rolf, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports on October 3.

The Hyundai Staria minivan is in the second position, and the Genesis GV80 is in the third (3% each). Next are the Audi Q8 (4%), BMW X7 (5%), as well as BMW X2, Toyota Fortuner and Hyundai Palisade (about 6% each).

Among the diesel cars whose owners most often contacted the service, the Dodge Journey became the anti-leader with 100% of requests (the sample size for this model was significantly smaller). The situation was slightly better with the Toyota Corolla, the share of calls for which reached 88%.

At the same time, as noted by Trushkova, cars with diesel engines generally demonstrate high reliability. The total percentage of calls to service centers in connection with malfunctions for these machines is 16%.

On September 15, specialist Alexander Kovalev named frankly problematic examples of Nissan cars on the Russian secondary market, and singled out the third-generation Pathfinder.

Before that, on September 8, the auto expert listed the problematic Mazda models on the Russian secondary market. He called the second-generation Mazda 6 sedan one of the company's most controversial projects.
